• Guiding brief tours about art or history?
• Meeting others with a similar love of community and culture?
• Patching, painting and preparing walls for new artwork?
• Greeting and hosting cultural events?
If the answer is YES to any of the above, then the APJCC and the Los Gatos Art Museum are looking for you!!

Our volunteers help with special projects such as installing/de-installing exhibits, helping with events and at the museum, acting as museum docents by providing assistance and greeting our museum guests.
Ages 18 and up welcome. No previous art or history experience necessary, but always appreciated.

LEGACY AND VISION: THE KORET-TAUBE INITIATIVE ON JEWISH PEOPLEHOOD

The APJCC is honored to partner with the Koret Foundation and the Taube Foundation for Jewish Life & Culture to explore forms of Jewish expression through cultural arts and dialogues.

The Addison-Penzak Jewish Community Center offers films, theatrical performances, and concerts in the APJCC Auditorium, as well as art exhibits in our second floor art gallery hall.

The Human Loom Project
Starts June 18th
The Human Loom Project connects individuals and celebrates ours similarities and our differences. This interactive exhibition on display in the APJCC lobby is a forum to create relationships and community where you can help us weave an illustration that captures our journey together. The APJCC invites you to explore how together we can define "Community" by contributing your own words to help define your community and our stories of togetherness. Combined we will break through the barriers of isolation to unite our APJCC Family. The installation project opens on June 18th. The finished weaving will be on display on August 18th.
