Sponsored by the Center for Jewish Life and Learning of the Addison-Penzak Jewish Community Center, this is one of many outreach programs designed to deepen and enrich understanding of Jewish values and culture through text study, holiday programming, special events, and adult education courses.
Each year, a book is chosen for community-wide discussion. Book clubs are encouraged to choose the book for their group, lectures, and programs relating to the themes of the book are scheduled.
